The IRD assisted to interaction with young sociologists and junior researchers. Apart from academic issues, several possibilities were discussed of future engagements between Ghazali Trust Lahore, AWKUM and IIUI and Dogus University Istanbul. The IRD will further discuss to facilitate organizing an international conference on changing dynamics of family and society specifically on Pak Afghan borderland and the Pashtun belt in the realm of migration, urbanization, the new middle classes and the new women, post conflict development.
