IRD’s four members delegation headed by the Executive Director-IRD Dr. Husnul Amin visited Karakoram Area Development Organization (KADO), Hunza. The delegation was received by the CEO-KADO Ms. Mehnaz Parveen. The Executive Director-IRD presented a brief introduction of IRD activities, publications /programs. The CEO KADO lauded the efforts of IRD and she also gave a brief introduction of the organization. It was mutually agreed to launch a research project on Oral History of Hunza which will be published by IRD. Further series of workshops on “Climate Change” will jointly be arranged all over Pakistan. Both organizations also agreed to arrange Dialogue Sessions on “Inter-Sect Harmony” in Gilgit-Baltistan.
