Two-day workshop for Madrassa Teachers

A two-day workshop for madrassa graduates and young researchers was organized under the auspices of IRD at Hazara University. The workshop was attended by young teachers of prominent madrassas belonging to Hazara Division and researchers of Islamic Studies at Hazara University. Leading thinkers, sociologists and intellectuals of the country addressed on the topics such as interfaith harmony, Muslim thinkers and sociology, character building of Prophet Minhaj and knowledge and research and Muslim tradition. The workshop was formally inaugurated by Dr. Jameel Ahmed, Vice Chancellor of Hazara University in the Senate Hall of Hazara University. Dr. Hassan Al-Amin, Head of IRD and Dr. Azkia Hashmi, Dean, Department of Islamic Studies, Hazara University were also present on the occasion.
